- The Employment Rights (Increase of Limits) Order 2024 will come into force on 6 April 2024
- This Order will increase the compensatory award for employees who have suffered unfair dismissal to a maximum of £115,115 (from £105,707)
- The maximum amount for a “week’s pay” for the purposes of basic awards of compensation and redundancy payments will increase to £700 (from £643)
