EEBS Core lets you request deletion of your account and personal data. There are two ways to do it.
1. In the app
Open Settings, tap Delete Account, and type DELETE to confirm. This removes your login and your personal profile.
2. By email
If you cannot access the app, email accounts@eebs.co.uk from your registered email address and ask us to delete your account. We will action it within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your login
- Your contact details
- Your profile
- Any receipts or personal documents we are not legally required to keep
What we must keep, and why
As a payroll intermediary we are legally required to retain payroll and tax records, including P11 pay records and invoices, to meet HMRC and UK tax law. We keep these securely for 7 years, use them only for legal compliance, then delete them.
Timeframe
Eligible data is removed within 30 days of your request.
