Answer: If you experience a HMRC inspection or if one of the sub-contractors that we supply takes you to an employment tribunal whilst using our services, we will provide you with as much or as little support as you might need, up to full legal representation. In our 20 plus years of business, we've been to employment tribunals a dozen times and have never lost a case.
