The aim of the business then, and now is to help construction firms remain both compliant with their employment and tax responsibilities in relation to their use of self-employed sub-contractors, and to remain commercially competitive. Since we went into business, we have constantly updated our business model, contracts and operating procedures in response to the ever-changing regulatory landscape.

EEBS shoulder the full legal responsibility for the self-employed sub-contractors we supply to you – providing you with complete peace of mind and allowing you the freedom to choose the workforce that you want. During 20 plus years of business, we have had over 50 clients inspected by HMRC whilst using our services. Not once has our business model (and therefore our client) ever been challenged, proving to be 100% HMRC compliant.
If after a status investigation HMRC were to challenge our arrangements, or if a sub-contractor were to take you to an employment tribunal whilst being supplied by us, we will manage the entire process for you, with full legal support. If we were to lose the case (and to date we have never lost a case), we would pay all the associated costs. That is the EEBS 100% compliance guarantee for your construction business.
